*Home Equity Line of Credit Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is 2.75% for the first year. Thereafter, the APR will be based on the Prime Lending Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal and adjusts quarterly. Iron Country Banking provides customers with a 1/4% discount off the Prime Lending Rate. Automatic deduction payment option from Iron Country Banking checking account required. Prime Rate as of July 1, 2010, is 3.25%. The promotional Home Equity Line of Credit minimum Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is 4.00%. Monthly payment based on $25,000 borrowed.
